Abstract:A 4-year-old girl with pectus excavatum (PE), multiple prior respiratory infections, tracheomalacia and tracheal compression due to the innominate artery was referred for surgical evaluation. Aortopexy was deemed unlikely to improve airway diameter due to her chest concavity.
