Improvement of Organizational Culture: a Case Study of Lithuanian Educational Institution

Abstract: This article provides a synthesis of various scholarly opinions on how to improve organizational culture of the school. The qualitative research methodology was chosen for empirical research. The survey was conducted by interviewing respondents from an educational institution in Lithuania.
