Improvement of methods of cadastral valuation of real estate on the basis of urban development value of the territory. Part III

Abstract: In the article for the purpose of carrying out the careful analysis of the results of an assessment on the basis of town-planning value developed by us the evaluation of results of approbation from the point of view of efficiency and efficiency of its use in practice is carried out. It is established that the obtained cadastral value is as close as possible to the market value, which will determine the economically justified value of real estate for the purpose of their effective and socially-fair taxation.
