Abstract:Sewage from milk processing enterprises remains a factor of environmental pollution. This is caused by a high concentration of organic pollutants contained in a dispersed and dissolved state, among which protein predominates. An effective way to increase the environmental friendliness of dairy enterprises is to minimize emissions of pollutants.
