Abstract:Background: Lumbar spinal stenosis with neurogenic claudication can be a debilitating condition, affecting quality of life. Interspinous spacer implantation is a minimally invasive procedure for treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis with neurogenic claudication and associated symptoms by minimizing spinal extension and therefore neural compression.
