Improvement in forming process using Magnetorheological Fluid Assisted Cushion in Hydraulic Press

Abstract: The role of cushion pressure in hydraulic press plays a vital role in forming the component. In the present work, an attempt was made to analyse the influence of Magnetorheological cushion in addition to the existing cushion system, in forming small cup shaped component.
