Improved retinal vessel segmentation using the enhanced pre-processing method for high resolution fundus images

Abstract: Background: By diagnosing using fundus images, ophthalmologists can possibly detect symptoms of retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and retinal detachment.
