This study aims to investigate the relationship between learning orientation and performance of commercial banks in Nepal, with a specific focus on the mediating role of customer relationship management (CRM). Using an explanatory research design and convenient sampling, data was collected from 260 participants with the aid of KOBO Toolbox. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to evaluate the data quantitatively. The results suggest that CRM plays a mediating role between learning orientation and banking performance, providing theoretical relevance in terms of organizational learning theory. The findings emphasize the importance of factors that empower and enable customers, such as customer skills and satisfaction, for the survival of the banking industry. Banks should prioritize excellent customer service and a positive consumer experience to enhance their performance. The concern of, this paper lies in its empirical investigation of the interrelationships between learning orientation, CRM, and performance in a specific context, as well as its theoretical and practical contributions to the field of organizational learning in the banking industry.

Intermittent motion mechanisms are widely used in semiautomatic and automatic machinery. Currently, the most common are mechanisms with a one-way coupling or mechanisms of variable structure. The intermittent movement in these mechanisms is provided by breaking the kinematic chain, so their use is undesirable in high-speed machines. The paper presents and analyzes kinematics of planetary transmission with elliptical gears, which performs intermittent motion of output link without interruption of kinematic chain. A kinematic model of the mechanism is constructed, and there are obtained equations for determining the velocity analogue of the output link of the planetary gear. An experimental verification of the adequacy of the developed mathematical model was carried out on the example of studying the position function of the mechanism. The measurement errors were estimated using statistical methods. Using the chi-squared test, the hypothesis of a normal distribution of measurement errors was verified, and confidence interval was determined.

One way to make sense of data is to organize it into a more meaningful format called frequency table. The existing univariate discrete frequency table is simple to construct, easy to understand and interpret. However, when the number of elements in the data is substantial, it results in a long table that can be difficult to handle. This article presents a new discrete frequency table. The proposed frequency table is described, using simulations performed on five different discrete distributions, and real data. The new frequency table improves the existing table in various ways. This includes how the data with a large number of elements can be handled, how the mode of the data can be better estimated, and how the essential features of the data can be better revealed.
