Abstract:Purpose: Current trials support the application of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) in node-positive breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) with a lower false negative rate (FNR) if dual-tracer (radioisotope and blue-dye) is used.
