“…Successful implementation of research-supported interventions within the child welfare system is related to several common factors: funding and collaboration with external stakeholders (outside of an organisation); leadership support, staff burden, and agency culture (inside of an organisation); worker “buy in” and client resistance (individuals involved); program fit and intervention clarity (characteristics of intervention); providing appropriate training, supporting staff competency and having an implementation team supporting the implementation process (implementation process quality) [ 51 ].
