Abstract: Background: The aim of this study was to assess the importance of T1-mapping sequences in the diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) in patients without foci of non-ischemic myocardial injury in classic cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) sequences.
