Importance of Proper Sleep in Healthy Life

Abstract: Nidra (sleep) is one of the most important components of a healthy and satisfying life, according to Ayurveda. It is one of the three big subsidiary pillars (trayopastambhas) on which a person's health is firmly balanced.
