Importance of Healthy Food for the Quality of Life of the Elderly

Abstract: Population aging is increasing at a rapid pace and it is a longing for today's society to grow healthy and with quality of life. The study provides a greater understanding of healthy eating that contributes to a better quality of life for the elderly. The study aims to analyze the importance of healthy eating for the elderly.
