Importance of genetic and environmental factors in development of Graves-Basedon disease in population of Pomoravski district

Abstract: Sa`etak. Grejvs-Bazedovqeva bolest je naj~e{}i oblik hipertireoidizma, poreme}aja kojim se ozna~avaju klini~ke posledice dejstva vi{ka tireoidnog hormona poreklom iz tireoidne `lezde. Grejvs-Bazedovqeva bolest je jedno od naj~e{}ih autoimunih i endokri-nolo{kih oboqewa, od kojeg primarno obolevaju `ene u 40. i 50. godinama `ivota.
