Importance of Dexamethasone for Control of Edema and Pain at Surgical Site in the Mandibular Fracture Osteosynthesis Treatment

Abstract: Dexamethasone is highly sensitive to low dosages and is widely used in oral surgical procedures with variable dosage, timing and route of administration.
