Impoliteness in Egyptian Political Campaign Discourse: A Pragmatic Analysis of Mousa-Aboulfotouh Presidential Debate

Abstract: This article is intended to analyze verbal impoliteness in the first and only Egyptian televised presidential debate. The objective of this article is to examine how impoliteness strategies are indirectly utilized by the presidential candidates Mousa and Aboul fotouh.
