Implementing routine outcome measurement in psychiatric rehabilitation services in Israel

“…In this article, we report on the first systematic and elaborative effort to widely assimilate the use of empirical measurements in the daily routine of a large, active and hectic, mental health hospital in Israel, while facilitating the elaboration of ROM feedback reports into its clinical work. To the best of our knowledge, attempts to develop and engage in implementation of routine measurements of outcomes in Israel have been restricted to psychiatric rehabilitation services, while attesting the impact of the formal rehabilitation services provided by the Ministry of Health, and with no immediate feedback given to therapists.
