Implementing a Systematic Approach to Meeting Patients' Cancer and Fertility Needs: A Review of the Fertile Hope Centers of Excellence Program

Abstract: Purpose: National guidelines recommend patients with cancer of reproductive age be informed of their risk for infertility resulting from cancer treatment.
