Automated systems for dosing bulk materials are widely used in agriculture, but the issue of measurement accuracy remains relevant. The studies were carried out on a developed laboratory setup. The results of the installation were investigated when dosing various bulk materials-softwood sawdust, wood flour, wood shavings. After processing the results of the conducted studies, regression models are constructed showing the influence of the parameters of the automated dosing system on its accuracy of weighing the materials under study. Work on the auger series DS-100 with size: step turns 90 mm, outer screw diameter 100 mm, height of the pen spiral 29 mm. The influence of the parameters of the dosing system on its weighing accuracy was studied. Experimental studies were conducted using the theory of experimental planning Box-Behnken design was implemented for four factors. When choosing the intervals of the studied parameters, we proceeded from the minimum and maximum values of the parameters set in the control program of the dosing system. The adequacy of the constructed models is shown. The parameters that have the greatest influence on the relative error of weighing the automated system are determined. The zones in which the system operation meets the requirements for metering devices are highlighted. Recommendations are given for choosing the optimal values of the parameters of the dosing system when weighing sawdust of coniferous species. With the help of the DS-100 series dispenser, it is possible to dose wood flour and sawdust with a mass of 1 kg with an error not exceeding 5%.

A country is called developed when the capacity and progress of science and technology have created products that always meet the requirements and increasing needs of people, ensuring stability and development of the nation in particular and the movement of the world in general. In Vietnam, the quality of goods is still modest. This exists not only from a macro perspective but also from a micro perspective and the transition from macro to micro because of a lack of orientation, or can be called the lack of "Product quality planning” [21,25] in terms of space. This paper will discuss the concepts of quality, expand the concept of quality with the aim of achieving good quality, meeting increasing requirements, need to perform the "quality planning" work under the space degree. The paper uses a mathematical tool based on the Cartesian coordinate system to determine the optimal value of product quality in order to demonstrate quantitatively according to the spatial frameworks when the quality is desired to achieve the required perfection through the magnitude of the "quality demand.” In a similar way, in order to get the construction project achieve the maximum quality, there must be adjustment solutions in 3 aspects. However, at present, in Vietnam in particular and the world in general, there have not been many in-depth studies on the formation of quality and the factors affecting the quality, especially the industrial construction projects [3]. Through the success or failure of investment projects in the form of public private partnerships (PPP) of countries around the world, including developed countries, the author thinks that in order for the project to be successful, it is necessary to apply construction product quality planning.

The ever-increasing volume of municipal waste in Yogyakarta brings overload capacity problems to the Piyungan Landfill. This circumstance results in environmental pollution which harms the local residents. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the impact of pollution in the Piyungan Landfill from an economic, environmental, and social perspective. Furthermore, this study aims to formulate a waste management strategy in the landfill using the fishbone analysis to find out the root causes of existing problems, the stakeholder analysis method to determine the role of each stakeholder involved, and the SWOT analysis method to determine potential strategies for waste management. From those analysis methods, it is concluded that there are six root causes in the landfill, namely the waste management process, the amount of waste, landfill facilities, the technology used, the implementation process, and government policies. This study recommends several waste management improvements from the combination of strengths and opportunities factors (SO Strategy). The combination of these strategies includes: (1) establishing cooperation policies with foreign parties. (S1, O1); (2) optimizing budget and waste management technology. (S2, O2); (3) providing transportation facilities and technology to optimize the recycled waste business. (S3, O2, O3); and (4) maximizing resources to optimize the recycled waste business. (S4, O3). These strategies are expected to be able to increase the capacity and capability of the Piyungan Landfill in managing waste and overcoming environmental pollution.
