Implementation of safety standards of compounded sterile preparations in hospital pharmacies: a multinational cross-sectional study

Abstract: ObjectivesTo evaluate implementation of safety standards of compounded sterile preparations in different hospitals.MethodsThis cross-sectional study included 124 hospitals from 19 countries.
