With the widespread application of information technology and the continuous deepening of my country’s education informatization construction, the educational field has increasingly higher requirements for teachers’ informatization quality. The advancement of the process of education informatization depends to a large extent on the level of teachers’ own level of informatization and has gradually become an important indicator to measure the informatization of education. The main body of education and the decisive factor are teachers. The scientific and reasonable evaluation of informatization education is an important content of today’s education informatization. This paper uses regression analysis to evaluate the teacher education information system and uses mathematical statistics to establish a linear regression model for the city and analyze and calculate it. Through the quantitative analysis of the evaluation index system of the education informatization level, the multiple linear regression analysis method was used to establish the linear regression mathematical model of the school education informatization level on each secondary index, and the influence of various indicators on the school education informatization level was analyzed to establish a scientific evaluation system to evaluate the literacy of teachers’ informatization education and to give suggestions for improving the level of school education informatization. The design of the evaluation system is more scientific and reasonable, the regression error is small, the results obtained are more accurate, and the impact of nonlinear errors is basically eliminated.

The study of this theoretical problem enables sparse or dense functional data, including educational information evaluation data. The choice of different weights is subjected to principal component analysis. The evaluation of music education informatization level mainly evaluates the status quo of music education informatization development, provides a basis for formulating and adjusting music education informatization development policies, and provides support for educational decision-making, to promote the sustainable and balanced development of music education informatization. The evaluation of music education informatization has become the key promotion work of music education informatization at this stage. This paper studies the convergence rate of functional principal components based on the local linear method under general weighting conditions. First, we introduce the related research on the estimation of mean and covariance function under general weighting. Secondly, for principal functional components under general weighting, namely, eigenvalues and eigen functions, the text gives the corresponding estimated values and derives its strong uniform convergence rate. Finally, the convergence rate was verified by simulation research. The estimation methods and conclusions of this article enrich the research of functional linear regression models and will help analyze the complex and changeable problems encountered in the application of music education information.

Background and Objective
The COVID-19 pandemic results in an intense flow of patients to hospitals especially to the intensive care units (ICUs) to be treated. The ICUs will therefore be confronted with a massive influx of patients (e.g. Spain and Italy). However, if the number of patients is higher than the resources available in ICUs, rationing decisions such as determining and evaluating the criteria for ICU admission becomes essential. In this case, the decision of which patients will be admitted to the ICUs may put significant pressure on healthcare personnel. The goal of this paper is to determine the criteria to be used in the decision of admission of COVID-19 patients to the ICUs.
Methods
A three-step methodology is applied. In the first step, the evaluation criteria are determined, and then the criteria are prioritized using a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process in an uncertain and multiple-criteria environment choice. Finally, COVID-19 patients are ranked using the Multi-Objective Optimization Method by Ratio Analysis to find out which patient is more urgent.
Results
According to experts’ evaluation of ICU admission criteria, “increment of >2 in SOFA score” seems the most dominant factor among others. The proposed methodology is tested on 10 anonymous COVID-19 positive patients being treated in a public hospital and the ICU admission results are discussed.
Conclusions
Obtained priorities and ranking is in line with the hospitals’ behavior that potentially depicts the usefulness and validity of the proposed approach.
