Dual-arm industrial robot is an upcoming technique; many industries started developing dualarm robots for the future. Dual-arm robot can be used in complex assembling and efficient than two separate robots. Most of the pick and place Dual-arm robots operate by using two arms individually. This research work is done to make the robot smart to pick and place object by either one or two arms based on its size. This paper shows the modeling and simulation of a Dual Arm robot that can identify and pick objects in front of it by object detection program in python. If object size is less than 100mm, robot use one arm, if size is more than 100mm two arms are used together. The forward and inverse kinematic calculation of the robot is done in MATLAB and Simulation of robot is done is V-Rep. The resulting simulation is obtained by forming communication between all three nodes Python, MATLAB and V-Rep.

This paper presents the development of a semi-autonomous exploration perspective (approach) for Urban search and rescue environments (USAR). The developed rescue robot consists of a 2- wheel drive with a traction system capable of traversing in various terrain within a 47-degree inclination. A 2-DOF articulated end-effector is attached to robot, which can reach to a height of 45 cm from the ground, hold and lift the object up to 20 Kg. The robot movement is controlled by RFID and Wi-Fi for low latency audio and video feed by a mobile unit. The rover has a night mode with less noise capabilities to aid rescue in dark among various sensors for topography mapping. The objective of the robot is to maneuver with in the narrow-spaces where there is zero-visibility and create space by removing the possible obstacles in the path using the arm. The rover was tested in places with strong EM interference and was found to be viable.

In past few years there is a great demand for internet of things (IoT), It has become an important part of smart technologies. There have been many researches going-on in internet of things in both academics and industries. IoT using in industries is also known as Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Where smart sensors are used along with IoT are used. This research work is done to identify the best protocol for high-speed data transmission with no loss of data to prevent command lag between mobile controller and industry. In this research a soda filling Industry simulation with 3 different plants was controlled through a mobile application through different protocols with 4 different features of data transfer. The time of data sending and receiving from application and ESP32 controller are stored in a log. The speed of data transfer of all different protocols is compared. From the final result, ThingSpeak is an optimum protocol for this application which is 36% faster than HTTP in single data transfer and 39% faster than MQTT in continuous data transfer.
