Implementation of Intelligent Automated Gate System with QR Code

Abstract: This paper is about QR code-based automated gate system. The aim of the research is to develop and implement a type of medium-level security gate system especially for small companies that cannot afford to install high-tech auto gate system. IAGS is a system that uses valid staffs' QR code pass card to activate the gate without triggering the alarm. It is developed to connect to the internet and provide a real-time email notification if any unauthorized activities detected. Besides that, it is also designed to… Show more

“…One concern with QR code-based attendance systems is the potential for fraud and misuse. Students could share QR codes with others or generate fake codes, leading to inaccuracies in attendance tracking and compromising the integrity of the system [7]- [9]. To address this issue, this research paper proposes a unique Indonesian J Elec Eng & Comp Sci ISSN: 2502-4752  Enhancing attendance tracking using animated QR codes: a case study (Mustafa Saad Mohammed) 1717 solution: generating two QR codes per second.…”

“…Microcontrollers were examined by Ages to control the position of the robotic arm to sort based on Fuzzy Logic-Controlled Feedback (Aliff et al 2019). The angle position controller with a dc motor controlled by a microcontroller was examined by Hamid (Hamid et al 2018). DC motor has been used to control the position of the angle with the control of the microcontroller.…”
