“…HSS has become a priority in recent decades as disruptions due to natural disasters, disease outbreaks, or civil unrest have exposed weaknesses in health systems [39] , [40] . The Immunization Agenda 2030 includes a strong focus on HSS, building on GVAP, and states that sustainable immunization programming should be embedded within primary health care [1] , [41] , [42] .
