The ship line often describes by the offset table of discrete data points, which leads to the problems that three view coordinates may not correspond, the fitting error is large and the fitted curve cannot be easily modified. This will seriously affect the subsequent ship performance evaluation and optimization. To solve this problem, this paper develops a B-spline curve fitting of hunger predation optimization on ship line design (HPA), which contains knot guidance technology, hungry predation optimization technology and adaptive adjustment of algorithm input parameters. HPA transforms the discrete ship line into a continuous B-spline curve description, which improves the accuracy and modifiability of the ship line design. Through the real-time feedback of the results of each round of iteration, the knot vector is adaptively adjusted towards a better fitness, and then the optimal control point set that satisfies the error threshold can be obtained. The effectiveness and superiority of HPA are verified by comparing with related research and engineering software.

This article focuses on describing the main aspects and reasons for implementing Business Process Management in Czech companies, and was based on original results of the quantitative research evaluating aspects of process management in the context of company strategies in Czech enterprises which was carried out in 2006 with regard to the extension of its further utilization. Following the interest of professionals in practice, the research continued and was re-implemented in 2012, having the interviews completed in 2013.I have described an evaluation of a process segmentation typology in this article too. The analysis showed that managers have more options regarding process segmentation to choose from. In terms of practicality and ease of use, the method of process segmentation most frequently used (managerial, main and supportive) comes directly from the requirements of ISO 9001.

For the reuse of the existing 3D block model of a ship, we analyze the hull modeling process using AVEVA Marine which is a representative CAD (Computer-Aided Design) system for the shipbuilding. In the AVEVA Marine environment where the design engineer makes 3D model on the 2D view that is so-called 2.5D, it cannot be possible to copy to reuse the block model just simply copying the 3D feature model itself like in the general mechanical CAD system or Smart Marine 3D which are on the basis of the 3D model representation. In this paper, we analyze the scheme file where the 3D model is defined in AVEVA Marine so that we develop the program for the block copy and the translation using this scheme file. It is significant that this program can be immediately available as a real-world application on the AVEVA Marine environment.
