Implementation of a structured information transfer checklist improves postoperative data transfer after congenital cardiac surgery

Abstract: Implementation of an information transfer checklist in postoperative paediatric cardiac surgery patients resulted in a more complete transfer of information, with a decrease in the handover duration.
