Implementation of a novel eccentric dog leg reamer in oil well drilling

Abstract: A high-quality wellbore is generally considered to have a gauge hole, a smooth wellbore and a wellbore with minimum tortuosity. Therefore, dog leg reamers (DLRs) have been recently proposed and implemented to specifically provide a high-quality wellbore which in turn improves the overall drilling performance.
