Implementation of a Clinical Leadership Curriculum for Pediatric Residents

Abstract: Introduction Clinical leadership is an essential skill for physicians, empowering them to lead and coordinate teams, communicate clearly under various conditions, model positive behaviors, display emotional intelligence, and ultimately improve patient care outcomes.
