Implementation and Outcome Assessment of an Inpatient Antimicrobial Stewardship Program

Abstract: Background An antimicrobial stewardship program (ASP), aiming to optimize antimicrobial usage, was implemented at a Veterans Affairs Health Care System (VA HCS).
