Implementation and adoption of a health insurance support tool in the electronic health record: A mixed methods analysis within a randomized trial

Abstract: Background: In addition to delivering vital health care to millions of patients in the United States, community health centers (CHCs) provide needed health insurance outreach and enrollment support to their communities.
