Impaired bone marrow lymphocyte proliferation in acute myelogenous leukemia

Abstract: Bone marrow cells were cultured in liquid media with and without phytohemagglutinin (PHA) to test bone marrow lymphocyte response during the remission period of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML).
