Impaired BCAA catabolism during adipocyte differentiation decreases glycolytic flux

Abstract: ObjectiveAdipocytes upregulate branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) catabolism during differentiation, but the downstream metabolic and biological impacts of this induction remain unclear.
