Public art (PA) is a powerful tool for enhancing the environment in public spaces since it not only relieves the oppression caused by urban architecture but also enhances and beautifies urban public spaces. As DT (digital technology) develops so quickly nowadays, it offers PA significant technological assistance to achieve new functions, and changes in modern people’s aesthetic preferences and psychological makeup also present new demands for PA. This essay explores the use of PA design in the creation of urban landscapes from the viewpoint of DT. In order to do this, this paper suggests a method for measuring the environmental impact of urban landscapes that combines landscape measurement and semantic assessment. Full-connection algorithm and greedy algorithm are introduced to identify urban functional types with high-dimensional characteristics for the boundary tree classification model of high-dimensional feature classification. The findings indicate that the public service area’s producer and user accuracy are, respectively, 0.8783 and 0.7833. It offers a fresh concept for the identification of urban functional zones while solving the issues of low identification efficiency and poor accuracy.

The efficient use of urban land is one of the key factors for high-quality urban development, especially in large cities that lack land resources. By constructing an analysis framework of the land use benefit system and the transfer matrix of land use type, this study identified the evolutionary law governing the land use benefit system and its dynamic coupling coordination relationship with the rapidly expanding city by taking Zhengzhou, a national central city in China, as a case study. The results show that the urban land use (ULU) benefit system of Zhengzhou gradually shifted from the eco-environmental benefit type (1998–2005) to the socio-economic benefit type (2006–2019), with the coupling degree presenting a typical inverted U-shaped evolutionary process. In the same period, the urban area of Zhengzhou expanded by about 461 square kilometers. A further transfer matrix analysis shows that the main source of expansion has been the conversion of arable land, grassland, woodland and water areas to construction land. Therefore, the local government should implement a differentiated land use strategy according to the characteristics of the land use benefit system and the evolution of the coupling and coordination relationship, exploit the opportunity of urban boundary delimitation, and promote urban transformation and upgrading as well as eco-city construction.

In this paper, based on MSC Simufact.Forming v16.0 simulation software, the process parameters in the multi-pass spinning production of deep cylinders with a large diameter–thickness ratio are optimized, and the ten-pass spinning process of a deep cylinder with a diameter of 500 mm, thickness of 2 mm and depth of 700 mm is realized. By controlling the four process parameters of mandrel speed, feed rate, spinning wheel fillet radius and spinning wheel angle of attack, the influence of the four process parameters on the spinning force and the wall thickness deviation of the formed workpiece is studied. The results show that the radial spinning force and tangential spinning force are at their minimum when the mandrel speed, feed rate, spinning wheel fillet radius and spinning wheel angle of attack are 500 rpm, 1 mm/rev, 6 mm and 35°, respectively. At these setup conditions, the spinning efficiency is the highest and the workpiece is not prone to defects. The wall thickness deviation of the workpiece will decrease with the increase in the mandrel speed; with the increase in the feed rate, the radius of the round corner and spinning wheel angle of attack, the wall thickness deviation increases first and then decreases.
