Impacts of RETN genetic polymorphism on breast cancer development

Abstract: The adipokine resistin is linked with obesity, inflammation and various cancers, including breast cancer. This study sought to determine whether certain polymorphisms in the gene encoding resistin, RETN, increase the risk of breast cancer susceptibility.
