The study delves into the intricacies of Return on Equity (ROE) dynamics within the banking sector, with a specific focus on the State Bank of India (SBI) over a five-year period spanning from 2019 to 2024. Leveraging financial data extracted from Moneycontrol, the analysis aims to discern the influence of pivotal financial ratios—namely the P/E Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin—on ROE. Through regression analysis, the study endeavors to illuminate the relationship between these independent variables and ROE. The results underscore significant positive associations between the aforementioned financial ratios and ROE. Particularly, elevated values of the P/E Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin are found to coincide with augmented ROE for SBI. These findings emphasize the pivotal role of financial metrics in gauging the profitability and fiscal robustness of banks.

The aim of this research is to analyze the e-channels strategy of Bank BRI Regional Padang. Analysis was carried out using the business model canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis. In this research, 3 informants were taken from within the company. The research stages begin with the Business Model Canvas and SWOT, problem identification, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of results and conclusions. Through the analysis described above, the results obtained show that Bank BRI has implemented the Business Model Canvas. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix, 14 alternative strategies were obtained that Bank BRI Regional Office Padang could choose in an effort to improve e-channel. After carrying out the SWOT analysis, further development was carried out by adding additions to each element of the 9 BMC blocks to produce a new business model canvas on the BRI Bank e-channel. The limitations of this research are limited to only using the Business Model Canvas analysis method and SWOT analysis. It is recommended to use the analysis method using QSPM to get better results. The informants in this research only focused on informants who came from within the company. It is recommended that further research include informants from external parties such as the OJK.

This chapter delves into the intersectionality of gender, digital transformation, and governmental operations in Bahrain, focusing on women leaders' experiences. It investigates the impact of digitalization, including ICT, AI, IoT, and ERP, on their roles, through qualitative interviews with 19 female professionals in governmental ministries. Findings emphasize digitalization's efficiency boost, notably through cloud computing, yet challenges persist in digital access and skills. Targeted training initiatives tailored to women's needs are imperative. The chapter highlights women's significant contribution to inclusive digital strategies and agile organizational management. It advocates for policies supporting women's equitable access to digital technologies and active engagement in governmental digital transformation efforts across the Middle East, serving as a beacon for similar populations in the region.
