Impacts of Corporate Culture Factors on Organisational Commitment of Employees at Concrete Enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract: This study investigates the impacts of factors of corporate culture on organizational commitment at concrete companies in Ho Chi Minh City. Then, the paper draws some policy implications in order to increase the employee commitment. Both qualitative and quantitative methods are used in the study.
