Impact of Zinc on Insulin Resistance and Hepatic Fat Accumulation

Abstract: Insulin signaling plays a crucial role in cellular uptake of glucose and different metabolic pathways. Impairment in cellular insulin sensitivity due to various molecular pathways leads to Insulin resistance (IR) as well as fatty liver.
