Abstract:Objective: This study examines the impact of WFH (occupational and home office
environment) on the mental & physical health and productivity level of women employees working in IT sector, Pune.
Methods: A questionnaire was deployed to women employees working in the IT sector,
Pune from September 2021-March 2022 and 159 valid responses were obtained. ANOVA
tests were used to understand the impact of the WFH (occupational and home office
environment) on the mental and physical health and productivity level.
