In Pakistan, existing blood control systems or blood information management systems are limited in terms of efficient data retrieval of donor to consumer. There is no communication network in place for extra blood in one location to be demanded from a region if blood is limited, resulting in blood wastage. Due to a lack of accessibility and sufficient blood quality testing, blood contaminated with illnesses such as HIV has been used for transfusion in some cases. This study proposes a ledger blood management system to address these challenges. The trail has been represented as a supply-chain management problem following the blood. By trailing the blood stream and donation a single platform for transferring blood and the problem results among blood groups, the proposed system, built on the hyperledger fabric model, adds more traceability toward the blood transfusion process. It also helps to reduce unjustified blood wastage by providing an integrated system for transferring lifeblood and the thing extracts among lifeblood banks. A web app is also designed for accessing the network for simplicity of usage and security is enhanced by implementing block chain hyperfebric ledger system through Key Value System (KVS) system.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to explore the impact and mechanism of WeChat public platforms articles (abbreviated as WPP) on blood donation behavior using data of WPPA and donation behavior data.Design/methodology/approachThis paper uses multiple linear regression methods, web crawlers and natural language processing technology. It first quantifies the impact of WPP published articles on donation behavior. On this basis, it then selects data from the day of article publication to further study the impact of article dissemination on donation behavior from the perspective of reading quantity, and analyzes the influencing factors of article reading quantity.FindingsThe results show that on the same day that an article is published, there is an increase of 13.8 and 14.3% in blood donation volume and fan registrations, respectively. The mediating effect exists. However, the day after an article is published, there is no longer any effect on blood donations. With a 1% increase in reading quantity, blood donation volume on the day of article publication increases by 0.13%, and this positive impact is promoted by the quality of the articles. A conc ise articles title and body and rich images help drive reading quantity. Moreover, blood donors prefer to read articles about blood dynamics and donation promotion, while articles about news, announcements and administrative affairs make them less inclined to read.Originality/valueFirst, it focuses on WPPA, quantifies the impact of articles on blood donation behavior and analyzes the mechanism. Second, the authors study the impact and timeliness of social media article dissemination to address the insufficiency of existing research. Third, the study provides a scientific basis for the editing and publishing of articles, helping blood banks improve the effectiveness of publicity and recruitment.

With the continuous expansion of enterprises, the replicability and standardization of management has become the primary problem of enterprises. As the baking industry in the new era, both the early manual management and the preliminary information management are faced with many puzzles. Therefore, all kinds of advanced management ideas and concepts must be integrated and solidified into the information system, so that such a system can become the information system urgently needed by the domestic baking industry. This topic launches the research on the design and implementation of baking industry information system. This paper combines the characteristics of cloud computing technology and information business of baking industry, designs the information platform of baking industry based on cloud computing technology, and adopts SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and query optimization algorithm based on semi-connected strategy. The research shows that for a given query example, most of the combinations of the algorithms in this paper are good, and the average cost of generating plan of this algorithm is improved by 40.201% compared with incremental heuristic algorithm and 20.126% compared with simulated annealing algorithm. Therefore, it can be concluded that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper is feasible.
