Impact of unilateral versus bilateral laparoscopic ovarian drilling on ovarian reserve and pregnancy rate: a randomized clinical trial

Abstract: Dose-adjusted ULOD applied to the larger ovary has comparable ovulation and pregnancy rates to fixed dose BLOD at 3-month follow-up periods with decrease in its effectiveness after 6 months.
