“…After the publication of the study, almost immediately, there was a rapid change in clinical practice by many obstetricians regarding breech delivery in term pregnancies. This led the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) to recommend the practice of elective cesarean section in this condition 33 (B) 34 (D).
