Impact of the current local spatial development plans on the activity of investor on the Polish residential real estate market

Abstract: The local spatial development plan is an instrument of spatial policy which aims at shaping spatial order. The local plan includes solutions ensuring protection against emerging pollutants, as well as restoring the environment to its proper condition and setting the conditions for the implementation of projects, enabling optimal effects in the field of environmental protection.
