“…F N E varies from 10 26 eV −1 m −3 to 10 30 −1 m −3 and both are presented in Table 4, found to be in agreement with the several determined val-ues by Greave's VRH model for alkali and TM ion doped oxide glasses [16] [25]…”

“…In 65P 2 O 5 -15BaO-5Al 2 O 3 -5ZnO-10Na 2 O glass network added by B 2 O 3 content, the hardness and flexural strength were found high up to 6 mol% boron content, which indicates the improvement in mechanical properties of glass by inclusion of boron [13]. The inclusion of alkali and TM ions in borophosphate glasses, increases the conductivity of the glass systems [14] [15] [16] [17]. The electrical conductivity in the single TM ion doped oxide glasses such as CuO, Fe 2 O 3 and V 2 O 5 is attributed to charge carrier hopping between lower and higher valency state of TM ion, for example, Cu + to Cu 2+ , Co 2+ to Co 3+ , V 4+ to V 5+ , and so on, and nobody were reported the "single transition effect" [18] [19] [20].…”

“…In most glass samples, it was observed that the density and molar volume showed behaviors that were quite opposite to each other [ 43 , 44 ]. In contrast, a decrease in the density value, which was also accompanied by a decrease in the value of the molar volume, was noted by Kieldsen et al [ 45 ] in a series of MgO/CaO sodium aluminosilicate glass by substituting MgO for CaO, as well as by Samdani et al [ 46 ], who studied the mixed alkaline effect in double-alkaline borate glass from the MgO-BaO-B 2 O 3 -CuO system.…”
