Adolescence is a critical period of human development in which physical, psychosocial, cognitive, and emotional aspects develop rapidly, especially the reproductive system. Adolescents must be prepared to face reproductive maturation, so they need some information that can solve the changing of their body. Health education about reproductive health is very important to do as an effort to increase knowledge in dealing with puberty. The reproductive health education program for adolescence in facing puberty is one solution that can be done to increase student’s knowledge about reproductive health. This activity aims to increase adolescence knowledge about reproductive health system in adolescence. The community service program was completed by providing health education to 38 students in Banyuurip elementary school, Yogyakarta using games, giving materials, and conducting disscussions. Activities were evaluated by using pretest and post-test scores. There was a significant difference in the participants’ knowledge level before and after the reproductive health education. Previously, 52% of participants were in the less category, 42% of them was in sufficient category, and only 5% was in good category. After the reproductive health education was carried out, most of the students had good knowledge at 71%, 29% had sufficient knowledge, and no students had insufficient knowledge. In conclusion, reproductive health education is proven to be able to increase students' knowledge in dealing with puberty and care for reproductive organs. Adolescence is characterized by rapid physical, psychological, cognitive, emotional, and reproductive changes. Providing accurate and sufficient information is crucial in preparing young individuals to face these changes. This program aims to improve the understanding of reproductive health, namely puberty, among early adolescents in grades IV and V (aged 10-14 years) at Banyuurip Elementary School. The design utilized is a quasi-experimental method including pre-test and post-test assessments. Thirty-eight students were chosen for this study by purposive sampling. The program's effectiveness is evaluated by a questionnaire, and the data is analyzed using a paired t-test. The data shows a notable difference in knowledge levels before and after obtaining health education through lectures and chats. Prior to health education implementation, most students demonstrated low knowledge levels (52.6%), followed by moderate levels (42.3%), while a tiny proportion had high knowledge levels (5.1%). After health education interventions, students' knowledge levels showed considerable improvement: 29% high, 71% sufficient, and 0% low. The average score increased from 76.58 before therapy to 83.16 after treatment. The median values were 80 and 90. The paired t-test yielded a p-value of 0.049, suggesting that reproductive health education significantly improved students' knowledge at Banyuurip Elementary School. The study indicates that health education could improve students' understanding of puberty and the maintenance of reproductive health.

Masa remaja adalah periode terjadinya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang pesat baik secara fisik, psikologis maupun intelektual. Masa remaja adalah fase yang juga diwarnai dengan kenakalan terutama terkait dengan seksualitas. Seks yang masih dianggap tabu membuat minimnya pengetahuan dan persepsi yang rendah serta kontrol perilaku pada remaja sehingga remaja cenderung lebih banyak melakukan hubungan seksual sebelum pernikahan, sehingga dapat membuat dampak negatif pada remaja serta dapat berdampak pada kesehatan yaitu penularan penyakit/infeksi menular seksual dan kehamilan remaja yang dapat mengakibatkan putus sekolah, sanksi sosial lainnya atau komplikasi selama kehamilan dan persalinan Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja. Kegiatan dilakukan pada remaja yang tinggal di Dusun I Manik Hataran Simalungun. Hasil Pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa sebelum diberikan edukasi mayoritas pengetahuan responden adalah kurang sebanyak 11 orang (52,4%), diikuti pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 9 orang (42,8%), dan pengetahuan baik 1 orang (4,8%), sedangkan setelah diberikan edukasi mayoritas pengetahuan responden adalah baik sebanyak 17 orang (80,9%) dan pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 4 orang (19,1%). Kesimpulan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan remaja terkait kesehatan reproduksi setelah diberikan edukasi dibandingkan sebelum dilakukan edukasi.
