Impact of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder on Employee Job Performance: Moderating Role of Spirituality

Abstract: The aim of this paper was to determine the correlation amid post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and employee job performance with moderating role of spirituality among Police officials who experienced during the war on terror.
