Impact of Perineural Invasion in the Pathologically N0 Neck in Oral Cavity Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract: OBJECTIVE Patients with oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma (OCSCC) undergo adjuvant radiation for pathologically high risk features including positive nodal disease and extra capsular spread (ECS).
