Impact of Performance Appraisal on Employees : Motivation in Islamic Banking

Abstract: The study was led with a reason to examine the relationship between performance appraisals on employee's motivation in Islamic banking. Islamic banking is a new phenomenon in the Asian nation as Pakistan especially in this decade, with the aim to execute Shariah based human resource practices and their usage.
