Impact of Performance Appraisal on Employee Motivation and Productivity in Turkish Forest Products Industry: A Structural Equation Modeling Analysis

Abstract: The present study investigates the infl uence of performance appraisal on employee motivation and productivity in Turkish forest products industry using a structural equation model.
