Impact of nutritional protein supplements on liver and kidney functions among athletes attending gym

Abstract: Whey protein is best recognized as a nutritional supplement that has been increasingly popular among gym users as the primary sports nutrition product used by athletes to improve exercise performance, body composition, and muscle growth.
