Contradictory to earlier findings, 10,12 but in line with a large population‐based cohort from the USA and a French study, 6,16 adverse outcomes such as preeclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage did not significantly increase with age. This might be an effect of prophylaxis through aspirin and active management of the third stage of labor, as recommended in Dutch Perinatology guidelines 27 .…”
